The goal of this project was to explore the principles of design through type, and to compose type in a way that conveys the unique relationship between just two letters. I placed two letters of varying size, weight, and typeface inside of a 6" x 6" square and created over 100 abstract compositions, being mindful of the typographic principles of pairing, classification, style & weight, principles of anatomy, hierarchy, depth, and spacing.
